Simple Healthy Breakfast

1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/2 banana, cut in small pieces
10- 15 raisins
1 TBSP sunflower seeds
1/2 TBSP organic flaxseed oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 TBSP 100% real maple syrup
(optional)- 1 TBSP chopped walnuts

Put oats in a cereal bowl. Boil 1  cup of water.  Pour enough water in the cereal bowl over the oats, enough to cover the oats. Let sit 2 minutes.  Put the toppings on (except maple syrup). Stir.  Drizzle the top with maple syrup. Enjoy!
